The Ministry of Justice has designated twenty universities in the country ABT (Active Brain Tower) universities. ABT universities receive funding from the Ministry of Justice to perform various activities to develop a multicultural society. They will train professional instructors who can be multicultural citizens and develop related study support programs for immigrants in Korea.
