On July 16, volunteers from the Keimyung University Maintenance Team donated eight million won, which they collected by selling waste paper and empty cans, to the university. Since November 2000, they have periodically donated money to help students in difficult economic situations and old people who live alone. '2008 Experiencing Open Campus Life' was held on Seongseo Campus, Keimyung University from July 22 to 24. On July 14 at 9 a.m., an orientation for volunteers for the 26th Summer Congress of the Korean Youth Federation was held at the Audiovisual Room, Bauer Hall. Approximately 170 members of Han-ul Association joined this event for orientation as volunteers for the congress, held from July 17 to 29.
