Six professors from the Department of Chemistry, including the head of the department Lee Jin-ho, showed their concern for students by donating one hundred and six million won to a development fund.On May 21, the professors called on President Synn Il-hi and presented him with a promissory note. Their hope is that the money can be used for poor students.The professors are to pay specific sums of money to the fund until they retire, and the money is to be used for student scholarships and developing the department.
