Every semester, Keimyung University runs the International Day program on International Lounge. In this program, Students from Dalseo-gu can experience the cultures of many different countries by visiting the International Lounge. Exchange students of KMU form groups by their country and organize cultural experiences like language, food, and games from their country. K-LACE (Korean Language and Culture Exchange) is being offered this semester. A Volunteer Korean Language Assistant leads one or two Learners. The program has 3 levels. Level 1 is for Elementary students, Level 2 is for pre-intermediate students, and Level 3 is for intermediate students. Foreign students can learn Korean necessary for their daily lives from Korean students. Also Korean students can get to foreign students and learn how to organize the necessary teaching methods for learning. Assistants are able to develop the classes they want to teach. On August 22nd, 2023, a 2023 summer degree was awarded at Keimyung University Seong-seo Campus, and the degree ceremony was not held separately. A total of 1,057 university degrees were awarded at the 2023 Summer Degree Ceremony. A total of 464 graduate students graduated from graduate schools, including general and special graduate schools, with 387 masters and 77 Doctor of Philosophy(PhDs). This summer's degree award ceremony was not held separately, so each university and major could receive a degree certificate personally. KMU is recruiting participants for the K-MOM mentoring program for foreign students. The recruitment targets are mentees and mentors. As mentees, foreign students attending KMU are recruited, and students in sophomore or higher are recruited as mentors. As a mentor, students who can speak foreign languages such as Chinese and English are given preferential treatment, but it is okay if they cannot speak foreign languages. In addition, KMU wants to recruit students who can participate in all meetings and team meetings. The recruitment date is from August 21, 2023 to September 8, 2023, at 5 p.m.

On May 10th, 2023, Ban Ki-moon, the 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations, was invited to give a special lecture on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management at Keimyung University's Ui-yang Hall Un-je room. This special lecture was held under the theme of ESG management and college life during the global climate crisis. In addition, this special lecture was held at the request of Keimyung University, which introduces and practices ESG management. On May 19th, 2023, Keimyung University held a Chicken & Beer Garden Party where Keimyung University’s professors and students, including the president, could mark the 124th anniversary of its foundation. It was held in the square in front of Keimyung University's Seongseo Campus Dongsan Library. The event was attended by lawmakers Hong Seok-joon and officials from the Daegu-Gyeongbuk International Exchange Council, including Keimyung University President Shin Il-hee, school corporation Keimyung University Chairman Kim Nam-seok, and corporate executives. They and about 700 students from Kei
