  • K-MOM, Mentoring program for foreign students

    KMU Brief Lim Yaesung K-MOM is a mentoring program for foreign students. KMU has established a program for foreign students is currently recruiting students to participate in the K-MOM mentoring program as mentees. After interviews, mentor and mentees will be matched in a group. The program will operate from October to December. Keimyung Mentor Day is a program in that students get career and employment counseling from Keimyung University Alumni. This program was conducted to provide realistic advice for Keimyung University students who are troubled and struggling with career and job preparation. Keimyung University Hosts International Fashion Show Celebrating 125th Anniversary On October 30th, the Department of Fashion Design hosted the International Fashion Show Celebrating Keimyung University’s 125th Anniversary at a special stage in front of the main building on Daemyung Campus. The event featured participation from prestigious fashion institutions, including Donghua University in China, Maranatha Christian University in Indonesia, Ueda College of Fashion in Japan, and the National Institute of Art and Design in Uzbekistan. Under the theme, “Arc,” symbolizing growth and vision, the Fashion Show showcased 94 outfits created by Keimyung University’s Fashion Design

French Exchange Students Cultural Adventure in Daegu On November 8th, 2024, 77 French exchange and study-abroad students participated in a unique cultural excursion in Daegu, sponsored by the DGIEA Korean-Italian Association. The day’s itinerary included a visit to Gunparkrugi Theme Park, an engaging persimmon-picking experience at Songgeum Green Rural Village, and a thrilling rail bike ride. The event provided the students with a meaningful opportunity to immerse themselves in Korea’s cultural and rural heritage while enjoying memorable outdoor activities.
