KMU held a Korean language and culture camp on Seongseo Campus on August 4. The students came from Switzerland, Japan, and all around Europe.This camp held various programs for three weeks. There were Korean language classes in the morning and various Korean culture classes in the afternoon. Students put on hanbok, did taekwondo, took samulnori lessons, had lessons in K-pop dancing, and went to a jjimjilbang. On August 11, Keimyung University won the Master Prize at the H-Star Festival. The festival was held in the main hall of Daehakro Arts Theater, Jongno-gu, Seoul.The festival was held by Hyundai Motor Group and the Korea Association of Performing Arts Producers and sponsored by about 16 cultural and artistic organizations including the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
