    The "Sympathizer," a seven-part television series directed by Park Chan-wook, will be released in April on HBO Max, the Warner Media's over-the-top streaming service.   • KMU International Students, Harvesting Strawberry

    On March 16, 2024, a rural culture experience activity was held for foreign exchange students. The program was organized by the Keimyung University International Cooperation Team for the purpose of promoting local culture and understanding through experiencing rural areas and activities near Daegu for foreign students. The event was attended by 40 foreign exchange students. At the event, they experienced activities such as strawberry harvesting, strawberry fondue, waffle making, and animal feeding at the strawberry farm.   • Education on the use of Dongsan Library for foreign students

    Education on the use of Dongsan Library for foreign students will be held in the complex media reception room on the 3rd floor. Beginner courses will be held on Friday, April 5th, and advanced classes will be held on April 12th. The training includes information on facilities and services available at Dongsan Library, guidance on Korean learning materials, thesis similarity tests, and so on. After scanning the poster QR code, students can fill out the application form.

  • Opening Ceremony of Korean Language Course

    On March 15th, 2024, the opening ceremony of the regular Korean language course was held in the Adams Chapel Grand Worship Room. At this opening ceremony, an award for excellent results in the 2023 winter semester, organ performances, and janggu performances were also held. In addition, introductions were held by teachers of the Korean Language Institute and the administration team. Keimyung University Hosts International Fashion Show Celebrating 125th Anniversary On October 30th, the Department of Fashion Design hosted the International Fashion Show Celebrating Keimyung University’s 125th Anniversary at a special stage in front of the main building on Daemyung Campus. French Exchange Students Cultural Adventure in Daegu On November 8th, 2024, 77 French exchange and study-abroad students participated in a unique cultural excursion in Daegu, sponsored by the DGIEA Korean-Italian Association. The day’s itinerary included a visit to Gunparkrugi Theme Park, an engaging persimmon-picking experience at Songgeum Green Rural Village, and a thrilling rail bike ride.
