The completion of 125th Anniversary Fountain was celebrated at a ceremony. The fountain was completed as part of the 125th anniversary celebration and was attended by faculty, students, and guests representing the city. The fountain will be a permanent fixture in Daemyung campus. Everyone is looking forward to our new campus story and 125th anniversary celebration as well.

On January 31st, the opening ceremony of our school's Mobility Campus was held at Daegu Technopolis in Yongri, Yuga-myeon, Dalseong-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City. Following this, I met with Kim Beom-jun, the vice president of the industry-academic cooperation department, to discuss students' vision of futurity. The newly established departments for this Mobility Campus are the Department of Mobility Materials and Parts, the Department of Aviation Logistics, and the Department of Railways. On Saturday, February 17th, the Vietnam Alumni Association held its inaugural ceremony at the SUNWAH Hall of Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. Approximately 50 Vietnamese graduates and 10 current students from KMU attended the event, and this marked the official meeting between graduates and current students of Keimyung University. On January 21st, the musical named LET’S had its final curtain call. The performance that was held at KMU Daemyung Campus, was part of the major convergence project between the Drama and Musical Theater Department and the Taekwondo Department. This show used Taekwondo and songs to depict the process of performing by overcoming the differences between departments. Students of both majors actively took part in the musical as actors, staff, and directors. Students from Sup’Biotech and Paris School of Business visited Keimyung University from January 7th to 13th. These two schools are Franch sister school of Keimyung University. During their 7 days of stay, they were able to experience many aspects of Korean culture like kimbap, hanbok, and taekwondo. Through this program, Keimyung University expects to attract international students.
Among the international lounge programs, the T-share program stands for the Technology Share program. This is a program held at Deok-raeg Hall, C-HUB CENTER, a building of the University of Technology, where foreign students can learn and exchange computer skills together. The C-HUB Center is called the second international lounge, where students can talk, relax, and do team projects and foreign and Korean students can communicate together.
Keimyung University(KMU) said it was selected as the International Education Quality Assurance System(IEQAS), the highest grade in the educational internationalization evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Education. This is given to universities with high internationalization capabilities, expanding the attraction of international students, and enhancing the internationalization capabilities of domestic students.
