On October 6, 2016, the 3rd Keimyung Goethe Golden Bell Competition was held at the College of Business Administration. This event was hosted by the KMU Goethe Institute and was supervised by the Department of German Language and Literature. The competitors gathered from a diversity of universities throughout South Korea. The Golden Bell Competition consists of 3 rounds. Each round has 25, 15, and 10 questions with general information about Germany including art, history, sports, and culture. Four of Keimyung University’s enterprise organizations were selected for Creative Korea (CK project) by the Ministry of Education and National Research Foundation of Korea. Keimyung University now has seven enterprise organizations after the addition of the four new ones. KMU receives 15 billion won for this project until 2018. The CK project is the representative project for inducing radical reform in universities and showcasing the strong points of universities to remain competitive.
