On October 25, a ceremony to deliver certificates of entrance to four gifted children was held in the President Room of Keimyung University. Those receiving certificates were Jung Sa-rang (13, female), Son Da-bin (14, female), Hwang Jung-in (15, female), and Sin Jung-woo (16, male). Jung Sa-rang, who will enter the Department of Russian Language and Literature, was born in Moscow and came to Korea at the age of four. Her dream is to become a professor. The president of Keimyung University, Lee Jin-woo, was invited to give a speech to the 11th Corp (Choong-ryoul Corp). His speech was made to encourage the soldiers. After the speech, he had a meal with the soldiers and gave them moral support.
Shin Ilhi, the chairman of the Keimyung University board of trustees, received the Department of the Army's Honorary Volunteer Award at an event hosted by the Korean-American Association (KAPA) at the GS Plaza Hotel on October 16.

As of September 24, the bus routes changed for several buses.
