On November 27, Kwon Yung-ho, president of the Interburgo Group and specially appointed professor of FISEP, donated his personal land to Keimyung University. The amount reached approximately 20 billion won, the largest contribution since the foundation of Keimyung. The 2008 autumn festival, entitled “Lalala - Feel it! Enjoy it! Share it!” will be held under the auspices of General Student Club Association (GSCA) on Seong-seo campus from September 23 to 25. GSCA focused not just on people enjoying the festival but on actually participating in the festival. On July 14 at 9 a.m., an orientation for volunteers for the 26th Summer Congress of the Korean Youth Federation was held at the Audiovisual Room, Bauer Hall. On June 23, Hengso Museum opened its regular and special exhibition halls to the public to stress the importance of traditional culture.Fifty pieces of traditional folk paintings are on display in the special exhibition hall on the first floor and 1500 pieces from the Gaya period can be seen in the regular exhibition hall on the second floor. The exhibition, under the title "Exhibition of Folk Paintings Donated by Ms. Kwon Jeong-soon," includes five contemporary folk paintings of lotus flowers, flowers, and birds.
