The first Art Festa took place under the auspices of the College of Fine Arts, the College of Media Arts, and the College of Fashion in Daemyeong campus and neighborhood from May 18 to 23. Shin Ilhi, the chairman of the Keimyung University Board of Trustees, won the 42nd 5.16 People`s Prize for education on May 16. Shin was acknowledged for rendering great services to the development of education and raising our country`s prestige worldwide through non-governmental diplomatic activities. Keimyung University Employment Support Office organized the presentation and invited Kim Ki-won, from the Korean Civil Service Commission.
