German Cultural Experience Event was held in the International Lounge

KMU’s German cultural experience event received enthusiastic feedback from students. The event, held over five weeksstarting from October 16, involves students from various nationalities. Middle and high schoolstudents from Dalseo District also visited, offering them an excellent opportunity to learn about a different culture. The program was divided into three stations. The first station was a quiz about Germany, where students who answered correctly were rewarded with small plush toys. The second station featured a balance game called "Eierlaufen" (egg running). In this game,students had to identify the correct German songs and then run to the teachers while balancing an egg on a spoon.The final station was a crafts activity called "Kartoffeldruck" (potato stamping), where students enjoyed German apple juice while making coasters decorated with cute German flags and phrases. The experience was very positive with one participant explaining, "I love teaching and wanted to introduce German culture to studentsin a fun and engaging way, which is why I applied for this program." Participants expressed their satisfaction with the diverse range of activities. They also had the chance to enjoy German snacks and candies prepared for the event. The students wrapped up the day by taking photostogether, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. Everybody enjoyed participating this event. Studentsin our university are still looking forward to participating it.
