The Keimyung International College with English Lectures Launches!

The Keimyung International College (KIC) will open in March 2007. The KIC will be the first college to offer a full course of English-only lectures in our region and the third such international college in Korea following Yonsei and Hannam Universities.
The KIC will offer two majors: International Business and International Relations. KIC students will take their classes in English during their four-year course. All KIC professors will be foreigners. Students will receive various scholarships and benefits such as entry into the KELI House English-only dormitory and chances to take overseas internships. Besides those benefits, KIC students will study with foreign students from diverse countries to acquire a cosmopolitan outlook. Volunteer work and overseas internships are compulsory parts of each course. The KIC will cultivate global leaders with superior linguistic abilities. The KIC motto is "Your Bridge to the World." The KIC, along with the International Lounge and the foreign language dormitories, will strengthen the international educational foundation of Keimyung University.
Keimyung University will offer 60 students places at KIC; 30 for each major. Half of those places will be selected from the regular government-sponsored College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) in December. Applications for the remaining places close on September 15. You can contact the Admission Administration Team on 580-6076 for more information on more specific requirements of becoming a KIC student.
