'2008 Experiencing Open Campus Life' was held on Seongseo Campus, Keimyung University from July 22 to 24. On July 7, a seminar was held in Room 1115 of the Engineering Building to discuss science and technology policies. Assemblyman Seo Sang-gi was among those who took part. On July 7, an agreement between the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) and Keimyung University was signed in the conference room of the Main Administration Building.President Synn Il-hi, Kang Young-wook, head of planning and information in KMU, Na Kyoung-hwan, the president of KIIT, and other important figures participated in this ceremony. On May 28, under the auspices of the Department of Creative Writing, Shin Han-sol, who produced The Art of Fighting and Garoojigi, gave a lecture entitled “I know, but should I say?” at room 354, Youngam Hall. Shin Han-sol lectured on his life in movies – how he became a movie director and how he has lived his life as a movie director– and talked about many episodes which happened while making The Art of Fighting and Garoojigi. Bisa Daedongje, entitiled "2008 Three Days and Two Nights Festival," was held under the auspices of the 45th General Student Council (GSC) on Seong-seo campus from May 27 to 29. This festival consists of various events including a classical concert and a magic show as well as job fair-related lectures and other well-being related activities.
