On 9th January, Ryu U-ik who was the secretary of president invited KMU. He lectured about the path to becoming a developed county in Hangseo Museum. About 300 students listened to his lecture. The Logic & Ethics Education Center was appointed in 2009 as a supporting business of lecturing humanities for citizens. This business started in 2007 and continued until 2009. This is the only such business in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. Every semester, philosophy seminars take place every Thursday and a course by the enunciation leader has been held by the Logic & Ethics Education Center.
