Keimyung Korean Language & Culture Center

Keimyung University has established the Keimyung Korean Language and Culture Center in Vietnam and Tajikistan and is going to have an unveiling ceremony on May 9.

Founded to spread Korean culture to the world and secure high-quality human resources in the future, the Keimyung Korean Language and Culture Center will operate special courses for general people and regular courses for university students. In Tajikistan, the center has already secured 60 students.

Kim Sun-jung, an assistant professor in the Department of Korean Studies, said, “We will keep providing support to establish centers in Japan and the Philippines this year.”

The tuition fee is three dollars a month, and classes are organized through basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
