The 2007 Dongsan Library Festival will be held in the library from October 30 to November 4. The festival is made up of exhibitions, art performances, and seminars. The main events are exhibitions of old books from the 1960s, photos, works made by students from the Departments of Photo Design and Crafts Design, an open concert, the Best Films of 2007, and career and employment consultation.

It is the first time that the career and employment consultation has been held in the library. The purpose of the consultations is to give freshmen and sophomores, who can't take such consultations frequently, a chance to experience them. It will be held for three hours during the festival with a professional consultant and Park Dong-seop, who is a member of the Office of Employment Support.

In addition, there is a special event for students on the Daemyung campus, unlike the last festival. Students will search for information using computers, and the winner of the event will be announced on November 2 through the Keimyung homepage. Shin Geun-sik, the leader of the Information Support Team, said, “There are problems related to the distance between the Sungseo and Daemyung campuses. However, we will do our best not to make students in Daemyung campus feel left out of the festival."
