The first Art Festa took place under the auspices of the College of Fine Arts, the College of Media Arts, and the College of Fashion in Daemyeong campus and neighborhood from May 18 to 23.
The festa began with an opening ceremony and performances by Lee Gi Chan and Ran. Various events including a sketching workshop, a flea market, an open studio festival, a fashion show, an art contest and a road art festival were held at the festa.
According to the organizers, the 2007 Art Festa aimed to further expand art activities though offering art lovers and artists an opportunity to come together in appreciation of art.
