English-only MBA Course Launches



The Graduate School of Business (GSB) will begin an English-only Global Masters of Business Administration (GMBA) this fall semester. A presentation about the new course was given in the multi-media room in the annex of Bauer Hall on April 3 and 4.

The GMBA program requires a two-year full-time commitment. In order to graduate, students must complete 45 credit hours. There are 10 core courses and 5 elective courses.

Professor Kim Young-kyu, who gave the presentation said that he hopes many students will apply for the GMBA program.

Keimyung University Hosts International Fashion Show Celebrating 125th Anniversary On October 30th, the Department of Fashion Design hosted the International Fashion Show Celebrating Keimyung University’s 125th Anniversary at a special stage in front of the main building on Daemyung Campus. The event featured participation from prestigious fashion institutions, including Donghua University in China, Maranatha Christian University in Indonesia, Ueda College of Fashion in Japan, and the National Institute of Art and Design in Uzbekistan. Under the theme, “Arc,” symbolizing growth and vision, the Fashion Show showcased 94 outfits created by Keimyung University’s Fashion Design
French Exchange Students Cultural Adventure in Daegu On November 8th, 2024, 77 French exchange and study-abroad students participated in a unique cultural excursion in Daegu, sponsored by the DGIEA Korean-Italian Association. The day’s itinerary included a visit to Gunparkrugi Theme Park, an engaging persimmon-picking experience at Songgeum Green Rural Village, and a thrilling rail bike ride. The event provided the students with a meaningful opportunity to immerse themselves in Korea’s cultural and rural heritage while enjoying memorable outdoor activities.
