Many festivals are held by various colleges and departments in the fall.

● Job Fair - The College of Social Sciences
From November 2 to 9, the College of Social Sciences held a lecture about finding a job. Students were interested to hear from former KMU students who now have full-time jobs. The former students got a positive response from students who appreciated their practical advice.

● You and I, We are One - The College of Law & Police Sciences
Form November 6 to 8, the 4th Law & Police Festival was held in front of Shattuck Hall. The College of Law & Police Sciences prepared special lectures and a mock trial. Since the College of Law opened in 2003, a mock trial hadn't been held until now, so it was a more meaningful event.

● The Dream of Becoming a Media Personality - The College of Media & Visual Communication
From November 9 to 10, the 4th Media & Visual Apple was held.
Thirty-two teams participated in the media contest. Among them, "Keyboard Wary - Pirates in Cyber" by Bae In-young, a Journalism and Mass Communication junior, and 3 other students won first prize. Sin Eun-ji, the president of the Major of Advertising and Public Relations, said, “Our college will change into department as a part of the College of Social Sciences from next year, but we will hold the Media & Visual Festival continually.


● Other Departments' Events
There are many other festivals: the Department of Early Childhood Education's 6th Aheanuri Festival; The Department of Social Welfare's 6th Pioneer Festival from November 7 to 9; The Department of Korean Language & Literature's Baekeui Festival from November 8 to 9; The Department of Japanese Language and Literature's Night of Japanese Language and Literature; The Department of American Studies' American Studies Festival on November 10; The Department of Sino-Korean Literature Education's Cheondong Festival on November 11; and the Department of German Language and Literature's ‘Novemberfest’ will be held from November 20 to 24.
