Recently, people have become more interested in health. Accordingly, more people are using Keimyung's athletic facilities. Keimyung University students and local residents often exercise on the large field, small field, and tennis courts. As the use of facilities has increased, so to have user complaints regarding the facilities.

The large field doesn't have night lights, so users have complained about that. In relation to this, the maintenance team delayed installing night lights owing to an increased work load due to damage to the lawn, shower instruments, and glass windows. The maintenance team patrols to prevent accidents at night and asks users to refrain from riding bicycles and using in-line skates.

Sculptures now occupy a larger part of the small field. The size available to users has diminished, so users are inconvenienced by that. The maintenance team did not move the sculptures because they don't belong to Keimyung. They did, however, promise to rearrange the sculptures as soon as possible.

A more urgent matter was the completing of present athletic facilities rather than the establishment of new ones. In the case of the large field, the difficulties experienced by users was a larger problem than the maintenance problem. Nevertheless, despite the large field making lots of money, the inferior lighting equipment has become a large problem for Keimyuing University students and local resident who exercise in the winter season. This problem must be solved.
