Special Treat Events held in Dong-young Hall

A mid-term snack sharing event for international students for the first semester of 2024 was held in the lobby on the first floor of Dong-young Hall on Monday, April 22nd. The event was organized by the International Student Council, who prepared sandwiches and juices for the students. These special treat events were prepared to support the international students so they could study harder.

2024 World University Taekwondo Festival Shined at KMU From July 5th to 9th, Keimyung University hosted the Daegu 2024 World University Taekwondo Festival, a prestigious GI-level event where participants could earn Olympic ranking points. Certified by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and sanctioned by World Taekwondo. The festival was held at Keimyung Univer sity’s Seongseo Campus Gymnasium and at tracted over 1,000 athletes and coaches from 56 countries, including the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Syria, India, China, Japan, and Brazil. LAS Brings Joy of Learning a New Language In early August, a Foreign Language Clinic Pro gram was held at the International Lounge for middle school students. The program was divided into two classes, Japanese and Chinese, and aimed to make for eign language learning easy and enjoyable.
