The KMU Health Care Center will offer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) education from September to December of 2023. Standard CPR and automatic external defibrillator training will be provided. There will be 1 hour of theory and 2 hours of practical training. The theory lessons will teach the principles and contents of emergency activities, safety rules during emergency rescue, laws and regulations related to emergency medical services, and basic lifesaving techniques. In the practical training, The Health Care Center plans to provide standard CPR, automatic external defibrillator practice, and first aid techniques. It is recommended that students attend the training wearing neat comfortable clothes. Students can apply for CPR training on Keimyung University Story Plus. Also, students should enter the room on time. If they enter the class after 10 minutes, it will be considered as not completing the course.
