A YouTube Content Production and Utilization Training Program was held from July 12th to 29th at KMU for undergraduate students at Keimyung University. The program consisted of five sessions in total, and the program was conducted in the form of real-time online education.
The YouTube Content Production and Utilization Training Program was conducted by Seo Ji-eun, who is the director of the Value Growth Research Institute and included five main topics across five days. The first program was held on July 12th and the topic was how to discover and plan a video’s contents. The second program was held on July 20th and focused on building an online portfolio (personal branding) using Blog. The third program was held on July 22nd and looked at YouTube content production and utilization training. The fourth topic was held from July 22nd to 31st under the topic of how to produce a video using Premier Pro. During this period, students were required to make their own video. The last program was held on July 29th and involved practicing using Miri-Canvas. According to the program satisfaction survey, students found it was beneficial to learn basic ways to use SNS and how to write structured articles. In addition, there was a positive response from students that they were confident about technology utilization by producing contents directly.
In order to participate in the YouTube Content Production and Utilization Training Program in the future, students should enter the Keimyung Student Portal STORY+ (story.kmu.ac.kr) and make an application. All students that participate in the YouTube Content Production and Utilization Education will be given 3 COMPASS-K points.
