2022 Psychological Workshop "Love me more"

A psychological workshop for the first semester of 2022 will be held from April 5th to April 14th. The name of this workshop is Love me More focusing on experiences of loving and understanding yourself more. It can help students with stress and anxiety due to the psychological and emotional difficulties that came with the start of the semester.
In this program, a total of five options will be operated: self-care horticultural therapy, one flower for me, mind care to remove stress, resilience to restore a deep mind, singing ball meditation to relieve stress, and self-care with art.
In the self-care horticultural treatment program, you can forget your stress and focus entirely on your mind while decorating the flowers by presenting flowers for yourself. In stress-relieving mind care, mind care is provided for students who are stressed but cannot relieve their stress. In the resilience program, which restores a deep-rooted mind, activities are conducted to develop resilience in an injured and unrecovered mind. In Singing Ball Meditation, which relieves stress, it is an activity that relieves stress by leaving your body to the wavelength and feeling the sound with your body. Lastly, self-care with art is an activity that creates art by focusing entirely on oneself with one's heart.
The program will be held face-to-face, and applications will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications vary from program period to program period, so you must visit STORY+ and apply for each program.  For more information, you can contact the student counseling center (580-5744).
