In commemoration of the 120th anniversary of its foundation, Keimyung University held a contest for the 39th Keimyung Literature Award for university students across the country and held an award ceremony in a Haengso Museum, on September 26. To mark the 120th anniversary of the foundation of Keimyung University, the ‘Keimyung Culture Prize’ was renamed ‘Keimyung Literature Prize’.
The public offering sector has expanded from two existing categories to four by adding the polar and genre literature sections.
 "The Keimyung Literature Prize, which has been around for more than 40 years, is the largest in appearance for university literature." said Synn Il-hi, president of Keimyung University.
The Keimyung Literature Prize has produced many famous writers through its predecessor, the Keimyung Culture Prize, establishing itself as the gateway to new writers in our literary world.
