Leading The Fourth Industrial Revolution



Dongsan Library will implement Idea-Maker Space which can actualize an imaginable idea from the new semester for the first time. The expense for the new initiative will be paid by the College of Humanities' Research and Education, CORE.
The Idea-Maker Space is on the third floor of Dongsan Library. This space is utilized for convergent training for readiness for the fourth industrial revolution. This offers students practice and experiment space which is able to give shape to imagination.
This has installed 3D printers, scanners, and VR experiment equipment. VR equipment space consists of various contents, games and experiment to increase students’ flexible thinking.
Dongsan Library is attempting to change through the Idea-Maker Space. The library has evolved from old books to digital equipment. Likewise, library is changed from simply a learning knowledge space to a producing knowledge space. This change is to enable students to develop digital artisan unlike the past.
