On October 13th, the ambassador of Colombia visited Keimyung University and met KMU students who attended his lecture. The lecture was for about an hour and the ambassador introduced Colombia and expressed an expectation of the development of relationships between Korea and Colombia. There were some quizzes and a Q&A session so that students could participate in the lecture. Colombia was the only country from South America which helped Korea during the Korean War and KMU also has a special relationship with Colombia. Last year, KMU made donations for flood damage restoration and has twinning relationships with some universities in Colombia.
