KMU Wins Silver in 2017 World Taekwondo Hanmadang



The Keimyung University Taekwondo Performance Team won second place in the Senior Taekwondo Gymnastic Competition, at the 2017 Anyang World Taekwondo Hanmadang. This festival was held between July 29th and August 1st with 64 countries and 5732 athletes. The Taekwondo Gymnastic Competition was held on the 31st.

The team which consisted of Gayeon Gang and 8 other members was considered as a rising star of this competition. The performance was not longer than 3 minutes but every movement of the players combined with the fast music to dominate the assembly. Keimyung University got 9 points, but finished in 2nd place

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
