Brief on KMU

Global Training Talented Individuals Program

There was a presentation about the Global Training Talented Individuals Program in Keimyung University’s Euiyang Hall on June 1. It was a presentation that explained overseas employment by Korea Overseas Career Development Association (KOCA).

Kim Sang-hee, a staff member of KOCA, talked about the current condition of overseas employment. The government has planned to stimulate overseas employment because young people have difficulty finding jobs domestically. For this reason, college students do various activities to avoid unemployment. However, because of lack of information, college students waste their time and money to build their career. So, Kim Sang-hee said that establishing employment strategies are important. He told the students that they should prepare for overseas employment and improve their ability in English and Chinese.
