There was an award ceremony for an advertisement contest to promote Keimyung University on May 3. The topic was open but should offer fresh and unique content.
Gold prizes were awarded to three teams, silver prizes to three teams and village prizes to six teams. The grand prize was removed because it was too hard to choose an obvious winner instead of increasing gold prize money.
In a speech at the ceremony, President Synn Ilhi said, “I want to have love for this school and to know this school through this advertisement contest.”
Ryu Jin Han, a judge of the advertisement contest, said, “I found monotony in many other advertisement contests. Nevertheless, I greatly appreciate these attempts at fresh ideas in these products.”
