A special lecture about the Qualcomm Institute Global Work Experience Program was held at the College of Engineering on March 15. This special lecture was mainly for students who are in the Departments of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Game & Mobile Contents. In addition, 15 students who participated in this program last summer vacation also attended this lecture. This time, Professor Ramesh Rao from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCSD (University of California, San Diego) was the speaker.

Professor Rao said, “Making an air pollution sensor application and sharing it with the world at a very low price is the main goal of this program.” Also he said, “Why don’t you make your own company by using this IoT technology.” Finally, he said this winter vacation, he will invite more than 100 Keimyung University students to attend this program.
