Teaching Skills Program for Professors




A skills program for professors was held at Hotel Inter-Burgo from February 2 to 3. The main topic of this program was how to make good teaching materials. The instructor was Choi Young-su from the Korea Presentation Center.

The program focused on making materials with PowerPoint and editing video materials. The first day’s topic was PowerPoint. Choi Young-su taught 5 ways to help improve lecture quality and create effective PPT materials. The second day’s topic was editing and creating video materials. He taught how to save and edit videos from YouTube.

39 professors from Keimyung University participated in this program, and 36 got a certificate of program completion. This skill program has been held every vacation since 2011.

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
