Special Lecture on International Trade and Response Trends



Every Friday, at the College of Business Administration, there are special lectures or CEO forums. On April 4, there was special lecture on international trade and response trends.

The speaker of this lecture Lee Chun-seon works in the Korea National Diplomatic Academy as an emeritus professor. He graduated from Seoul National University (SNU) with a degree in German Literature and Language, passing the Diplomatic Service Examination before graduating, and worked as a diplomat in several countries.

The lecture focused on the history of international trade, the DDA (Doha Development Agenda) and the response, the Korea-China FTA, the TPP trend (Trans-Pacific Partnership) and the response, and the government policy about international trade.

As for government policy, he said that China has greatly increased in economic growth and will continue to increase in economic growth, so Korea has to maintain a good balance between Korea-China FTA and TPP.
