KMU with National Academy of Engineering of Korea



Members of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea (NAEK) were invited by the director of KMU’s Hengso Museum to an event on March 19th.

NAEK was invited to hold a special lecture and offer information about the auto industry for students who want to get a job in that industry. Lee Hyun-soon (vice-chairman of Doosaninfracore) lectured about leadership skills. He emphasized the importance of creative thinking and the role of the engineer who has a positive attitude. Members of NAEK spent time with students from the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. They talked about future prospects in the automotive industry and how to prepare for getting a job.

NAEK belongs to the Korean Society of Automotive Engineers (KSAE). It was founded for the prosecution of studies and mutual exchange of information in June 27, 2014.

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
