KMU and Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation



KMU formed a partnership with Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation on February 4. Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation is a public corporation that helps to revive the local economy by lending money to local companies or investing in local companies. When small businesses need a loan, Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation plays the role of guarantor.

According to the agreement, Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation promised to be a guarantor for students when they need money to set up a business. Moreover, management consultants will help to give shape to students’ ideas. They will make their ideas a reality together. KMU and Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation have plans to give special treatment when students apply for a loan, a counseling service about starting businesses, and a financial information network.

Students can get help from KMU. They can use all the patents that KMU has to start their own business. Students’ ideas for starting a business will be realized by KMU and Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation. As a result students can start high-quality businesses.

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
