KMU and KOGAS Cooperation Agreement



An agreement of cooperation was made between Keimyung University and the Korean Gas Corporation (KOGAS) in the name of cultivating men of talent in the energy industry. The agreement was finalized in the main meeting room of the main building at Keimyung University. President Synn Ilhi of Keimyung University, President Jang Seok-hyo of KOGAS and other key actors from both institutions attended this meeting. The main content of the agreement includes supporting sponsoring funds for the training of talented individuals in the local city, executing an academic exchange of knowledge and technological know-how, and organizing affairs committees. Both institutions plan to execute the agreement starting with retraining employees at KOGAS, giving internships to Keimyung University students, and exchanging manpower, as well as establishing courses of study and developing teaching materials.

Holding a Snack Sharing Event for International Students From October 23 to 24, 2023, a snack sharing event was held at KMU's Dong-yeong Hall to cheer for the midterm exams of foreign students. The event was hosted by KMU's International Student Council and the International Cooperation Team.
