KMU was selected as the supporting university by Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOICA). KMU will have support for the program for international development and cooperation.
This support program was designed to develop experts in international development and cooperation. KOICA will provide theory classes and practical skill classes on international development and cooperation. The Spanish and Latin American Studies Department at KMU suggested the idea to develop experts on international development and cooperation in Central and South America, and KOICA selected the idea and decided to support it.
KMU is the only university that suggested the idea of Central and South American region. KMU will put this idea into practice from February of next year. Jung Sang-hee, professor of Spanish and Latin American Studies said, “Through this program, we hope students develop their ability to be experts on international development and cooperation in Central and South America.”
