KMU Twin Sisters Pass ROTC Test


Twin sisters Jung Woo-kyoung and Jung Woo-min passed the female ROTC test on August 22. They wanted to be commissioned officers when they were high school students, so they applied for the Armed Forces Nursing Academy. However, they failed. Then they entered Keimyung University and passed the female ROTC test.

In fact, the sisters failed the fifty-third female ROTC test. After that, they took a leave of absence for one year. They stayed physically fit doing Taekwondo. Also, they asked for advice from female ROTC superiors. As a result, the sisters got through the fifty-fourth ROTC test.

Keimyung University ROTC has supervised a number of students who hope to be female officers by using a consultation system between school district leaders and applicants. Also, Keimyung University ROTC has established practical teaching methods to train female officers. Thanks to these efforts, 5 female cadets have passed this test.
