On May 14th, Choi Donghae, Daegu police chief, gave a special lecture at the Hengso Museum. And about 1500 students from the Colleges of Law and Police Sciences attended. The theme of the lecture was “Today and Tomorrow of Daegu Police Policy”.

Mr. Choi sensed when he was an active policeman that without ensuring the safety of the people, social progress would be impossible. This is why he worked hard to make personalized public peace since his inauguration as police chief. He encouraged students to recognize the police officers’ importance in today’s society and to become police officers.

Lastly, he ended the lecture by saying, “I hope you have dreams and work hard to make your dreams come true”
