KMU and Germany signed MOU


Synn Il-hi, KMU president, a signed Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) about a new German Culture Center and selection of German government scholarship students with Dr. Stefan Dreyer, the chief of the Korean-German Culture Center, and H.E. Hans-Ulrich Seidt, the German ambassador to Korea at KMU’s Seong-seo campus.
The German Culture Center that was established at KMU will be the first center in Daegu. This agreement and center will increase the promotion of Germany and an outpost for training future professionals about Germany.
Through this agreement, KMU will get a chance to select German government scholarship students each year.
This agreement will be chance to research Germany and learn about German society, culture, and arts. Germany received high praise for being the most influential and powerful country in the Euro zone.
Dr. Stefan Dreyer, the chief of the Korean-German Culture Center said, "I'm glad to establish the culture center at KMU. KMU has the best infrastructure. And we will open education lectures in the second half of the year and provide programs about German culture, arts.”
