On January 6, the Dendenmusi (“snail” in Japanese) team, from the Department of Japanese Language and Literature, was chosen as the best club in the JPT (Japanese Proficiency Test) competition held by YBM Si-Sa. The team received 3,000,000 won in prize money.

The Dendenmusi team members shared their know-how of the JPT test and took a mock JPT test regularly. Consequently, they were able to get a high score in a short period of time.

The leader Jeon Jae-young (senior, Department of Japanese Language and Literature) said, “We won the grand prize, so we’re glad to bring honor to Keimyung University.”
