Persuasion is very important. In almost all meetings, you should argue your opinion. We always strive to persuade people irrespective of age, job, and religion. For example, there is presentation training, training for blind dates, and interview training. 『Preparation before an Interview』
You should have your own list that you prepare before an interview. First, you should analyze information about the corporation that you apply to. You should know the information of the corporation: the name, the related enterprises, the management ideology, the motto of the company, the main product, and the management system. Second, you should tell the reason that you applied and memorize the contents that you submit. Because the application is the basic information of the interview, you should prepare answers for prospective questions in relation to the contents of the application. Finally, practice! One practice is more effective than much thinking. You should prepare various questions and practice the tempo of speech, a bright countenance, and correct carriage.

『Good Image of an Interviewee』
The image of an interviewee is based on the senses of sight and hearing. Interviewees can make their physiognomy good by making these things right. Good physiognomy is one of the ways to get confidence and to be friendly.

The greeting is one of the ways people can be friendly when they face each other. Greetings include bowing and polite greetings. Bowing is used when you enter the room. Polite greetings are used when you get to your seat. The right greeting uses your waist, not your throat. There are three things to be done when you greet: watch the person's eyes, smile, and say greeting words.

Expression is the most important thing at the interview. This is because it can make a favorable impression. No reaction and an abashed face are bad. It is usual to come across embarrassing questions. Then you have to manage this circumstance. If you don't know the answer, you should say “I don't know” with a smile. Interviewees have to practice making a natural smile. Look in the mirror and say “mm." Smile and say “whiskey." The right smile can have good effects on the interviewer. Remember to smile all the time.

In the conversation, an important thing is the words you use. Students tend to use slang or Internet words. Sometimes interviewees use “chatting” words. If you speak ambiguously, you will appear as a person who was no confidence. The concluding remark has to be used accurately. Interviewees must speak at a proper speed. If the speed of words is too fast, pronunciation will be wrong and you will make a mistake in giving your thoughts. Too small a voice makes you look timid. Applicants should practice pronouncing correctly.

The space that an eye occupies on the body is very small. But the eye can give a lot of stories and feelings to the interviewer. However, you should not avoid the interviewer's gaze. The interviewee should look at the interviewer's eyes. It can express your interests and passion to the interviewer. The interviewee should look at the interviewer straight and have confidence.

Janssen Korea : Interview with a Psychiatrist - A psychiatrist asks oppressing questions to the interviewee. It is important for you not to be embarrassed. Interviewers value self-control and exact answers.

KB Card : Picture Interview - Interviewees draw a picture with red, blue and black pens and then explain it. Interviewers value the self-expression and originality of interviewees.

LOTTE : Embarrassing Questions Interview - “How many cockroaches are there in Seoul?” This is a question at the interview of a department store. The reason the interviewer asks embarrassing questions is the interviewer thinks that a clerk needs to deal with people who come to the store.

『Matters Requiring Attention』
There are five types that interviewers dislike. First, there is the applicant who doesn't recognize why he or she applied. The person doesn't know why he or she applied to the corporation or what he or she will do in the future. Second, there is the applicant who doesn't work well in a team. The person is self-centered and lacking care of others. Third, there is the applicant who has self-conceit and arrogance. The person doesn't know the difference between confidence and self-conceit, and ignores the opinions of others. Fourth, there is the passive applicant. The person lacks affirmation and spirit. Fifth, there is the applicant who doesn't show a favorable impression. The person looks languorous and dark, and lacks sociability.
