Preparation Camp for Returning Students in Keimyung University

Amid many orientations being held for freshmen on campus, the Department of Automotive Engineering held a preparation camp for returning students. The camp was prepared for those who have returned to campus after their military service or other personal matters. It helps returning students to supplement their basic academic scholastic ability and to easily adapt to campus life through cultural studies. Hence, these preparation processes are expected to make studying easier and to help students to plan their future.

The camp started on February 23, with 30 participants, and ended on February 27. Three-to-five group members performed group working as study groups for the purpose of membership training. KMU is to support them so that their study can last even after returning.

Professor Lee Sun-bong said, "The goal of this program is to inspire them to study and have self-courage through this program. We are going to keep doing our best until this can develop as a study support program for returning students."
