  • Professor Han Awarded Presidential Citation

    Han Mun-sik, who is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, was awarded a presidential citation at the 10th Automobile Day held at COEX Intercontinental Hotel on May 10.   • Police Administration Produces Three Cadets

    Keimyung University announced that the Department of Police Administration distinguished itself in the recent police test and national examination on April 29. The 62nd police cadet test was the first exam in which the Department of Police Administration produced 3 successful students, Jeon Yujeong (28), Kang Cheongil (27), and Kim Minjeong (26). Also, it was the first time that Keimyung produced a female police cadet (Kim Minjeong). Keimyung University Hosts International Fashion Show Celebrating 125th Anniversary On October 30th, the Department of Fashion Design hosted the International Fashion Show Celebrating Keimyung University’s 125th Anniversary at a special stage in front of the main building on Daemyung Campus. The event featured participation from prestigious fashion institutions, including Donghua University in China, Maranatha Christian University in Indonesia, Ueda College of Fashion in Japan, and the National Institute of Art and Design in Uzbekistan. French Exchange Students Cultural Adventure in Daegu On November 8th, 2024, 77 French exchange and study-abroad students participated in a unique cultural excursion in Daegu, sponsored by the DGIEA Korean-Italian Association. The day’s itinerary included a visit to Gunparkrugi Theme Park, an engaging persimmon-picking experience at Songgeum Green Rural Village, and a thrilling rail bike ride.
