I usually make efforts to return to my daily life before the new semester. Among them, having a regular sleep pattern is the most important because I often wake up late the next day because I slept late watching Netflix or doing hobbies during vacation. When the semester starts, there may be morning classes or more assignments or exams. Therefore, as the physical strength to do various things is the most important, I set the alarm at least two weeks before the start of school and practice getting into the habit of going to bed early and getting up early.
