Introduction
The Web site of Admissions is the first place where students encounter KMU, applying for university. Admissions provides students with a variety of data about the entrance examination based on statistics. Through this, students can get objective data on the university and entrance examination. Admissions has two division which consist of three teams. Now, they provide information on the entrance examination which will be held from September 5.
Experience the University Program
Any high school second grade student could apply for the event held at Keimyung University from Tuesday, July 24, to Thursday, July 26. Applications were accepted by email in the order of arrival. Students from many cities participated in this program each day. In this program, many events were held such as introducing the admission officer system, a campus tour, welcome events, experiencing interesting majors, meeting major professors, lectures, meeting seniors, and an open festival. Through this program, the university gave a good image and information to students.
The Admission Officer System
The admission officer system examines students’ potential for more than school grades. Students have to submit a self-introduction and other documents such as TOEIC score and confirmation that the student participated in volunteer work, math competitions or composition competitions. The university examines students who have potential and have experience in the field they want to major in. This system considers school grades but makes a priority of potential and experience in the field.
Admissions provides lots of programs that enhance students’ interest in the university and experience at the university, and tries to choose students who have good potential. Students can enjoy or experience programs that Admission provides and get lots of information through them. Admissions is trying to give information to students and make good programs for students.
