I prefer spending most of my time alone to hanging out with friends. Sometimes, I feel lonely, though. Now, I will tell you some ways I overcome loneliness.
First, I spend time with my pet. I raise a dog Cho Co. Taking a walk with my dog helps me get loneliness out of my head and heart as well as helps me to be healthy. Furthermore, a stroll helps me to remove a lot of cockeyed ideas from my brain.
Second, I spend time in crowded places. I don't feel lonely when I’m in crowded places such as downtown, public facilities, and so on, since I am with friends. The fact that I am with many people makes me get rid of loneliness as well.

Everybody gets lonely sometimes. People feel lonely when breaking up with a lover, losing a family member or their pet, being bullied by friends, and so on. Everyone has loneliness in their lives. The word 'loneliness' is used in different senses by different people and so is a degree of sadness.
Here, there are many ways to overcome loneliness. Everyone has his own defense mechanism against loneliness: meeting with people, playing video games, hiking, painting, etc. Most people make it through loneliness by their self-purification ability. Some people who don't have enough self-purification capacity use different ways to overcome loneliness like psychotherapy, hypnosis or sympathy from others.

When I was a high school student, I didn't know about loneliness. When I entered university and lived in another province, I felt and thought about loneliness, though.
When I feel lonely from time to time, I eat delicious food or watch movies. When watching movies, I easily fall into the movie and feel as if I were the main character in the movie. Additionally, I feel really good when I eat delicious food.
But I shouldn't be gloomy. Remember that loneliness is very common. Almost everyone feels at it some time. How about having a busy life with not enough time to feel lonely? If you have a goal, you can't think about loneliness to achieve that goal. People try to get out of loneliness, but how about accepting loneliness?

People feel lonely in their daily lives. For example, people can feel lonely from changes of circumstances, relationships with people or personal problems.
My first method of overcoming loneliness is to have positive thoughts. Positive thoughts can make life productive and active, so I can get out of loneliness.
Second, I meet people and make a lot of good relationships. Whenever I converse with people and think a lot, I change because people influence me favorably.
I think loneliness is inherent on the inside, so it is hard to ignore loneliness. Trying to overcome loneliness is a good method, but it is more important to accept loneliness and develop someone's ability to control loneliness.
