Let's Go on a Visit

Come to Tando

The place where the sea is divided.

Have you ever heard of the ‘Moses’ miracle’?
The sea is divided twice a day in ‘Tando’.
It is a place where the sea route is exposed and big windmills hold the wind everyday. You can appreciate the beauty and mystery of nature which you can’t feel in the city.

How to get to Tando?

Ride intra-city bus, number 123, at Ansan station.
->Get off at ‘Tando station’ (the end of the bus route) - it takes about 2 hours.
√Tip: The bus, number 123, comes every 40 minutes to 1 hour. Therefore, there are many passengers on the bus. Especially at Ansan station, there are many people, and so it is hard to get a seat. You may have to stand all the way to ‘Tando’ (two hours).
To avoid this situation, I will give you a tip!
If you want to go there comfortably, it is better to get on the bus at Joongang station, which is next to Ansan station. In addition, you’d better check the bus schedule so that you don’t have to wait for the bus for a long time, and to see the sea dividing you’d better check the high tide time.
